Inspired by contemporary dance you will learn how to create movement around and between the poles. The class includes a full warm up, followed by across the floor progressions and a choreography. Students are encouraged to bring pants and socks to this workshop.

This workshop will take youthrough some of Louise’s latestfavorite shapes and transitions – some of them you might haveseen on her page. We will beexploring low flows, interestingshapes and much more on bothspin and static pole.
